Non-Competitive Application (MMRB and/or Non-Competitive 4% HC) Application Process

NOTICE: On December 10, 2021, the Board authorized the staff to re-open the Non-Competitive Application Package for Corporation-issued MMRB, subject to availability of allocation in accordance with Rule 67-21.003(5), F.A.C.

The Corporation will begin accepting Corporation-issued MMRB Applications for Developments proposing new construction or redevelopment on January 6, 2022, beginning at 8:00 a.m., Eastern Time.  Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.  In order for the Application to be accepted by the Corporation, it must be submitted via email to MFLoans@floridahousing.org, the Application fee and TEFRA fee must have been received by the Corporation, and the Application must be complete and include all required Exhibits and the Principals of the Applicant and Developer(s) Disclosure Form (Rev. 05-2019).

Applications submitted prior to 8:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on January 6, 2022, will not be considered.

The Corporation will begin accepting Corporation-issued MMRB Applications for Developments proposing rehabilitation or preservation of existing developments at 8:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on February 1, 2022.

  • Florida Housing-issued MMRB with or without Non-Competitive 4% Housing Credits
  • Non-Competitive 4% HC to be used for Tax-Exempt Bond-Financed Developments where the bonds are issued by a County Housing Finance Authority established pursuant to Section 159.604, F.S.
  • Non-Competitive 4% HC to be used for Tax-Exempt Bond-Financed Developments where the bonds are issued by an entity other than Florida Housing or a County Housing Finance Authority established pursuant to Section 159.604, F.S.
