Mario Facella, of Loxahatchee, is a 30-year bank industry veteran and Senior Vice President with BankUnited. Previously, he served in a senior capacity at TD Bank, Wells Fargo and Bank of America Securities. He volunteers his time with the Real Estate Lenders Association as the immediate past President and a member of the South Florida Chapter’s Board. In addition, he is a former Chair for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation Board of Directors, and currently sits on the Investment Committee of the CLEO Institute. Facella earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and his Master of Business Administration from James Madison University.

Ryan Benson is the vice president and principal of A Vernon Allen Builder, Inc. Currently, he is a board member for the Florida Home Builders Association and the National Home Builders Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stetson University and his master’s degree in business administration from Florida International University.

Reynolds Henderson, of Santa Rosa Beach, is a Principal and Managing Partner of Continental Pacific, LLC. and the Founder of Henderson Barrett, LLC. and FRH Holdings, LLC. Active in his community, he currently serves as a member of the DeFuniak Springs Community Redevelopment Agency, the Loft at Rosemary Beach Board of Directors, and the University of West Florida Small Business Development Corporation Advisory Board. Henderson earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Alabama.

Dev Motwani of Fort Lauderdale, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Merrimac Ventures, a real estate development firm involved in numerous development projects including the new Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. Involved in many organizations and foundations, Motwani earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and public policy from Duke University and his master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University.

Sandra Veszi Einhorn is the executive director for the Coordinating Council of Broward, a non-profit organization responsible for implementing health, public safety, education, economic and human services in Broward County. She holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida.

Justin Domer serves as the Deputy Secretary for the Division of Community Development at FloridaCommerce. A graduate of Florida State University, Domer has over a decade of experience in federal and state government and private sector environments.

Ron Lieberman of Orlando, Florida, is president of Steel Structures of Florida, Inc. Lieberman has been a significant force in the housing arena in Florida for more than 30 years. He is a past president of the Florida Home Builders Association and two-time president of the Citrus County Builders Association. Lieberman also served for seven years as chairman of the Citrus County Affordable Housing Finance Committee, in addition to being appointed on the Advisory Committee for the Tampa Bay Regional Transportation Authority, which he chaired for several years, as well.

Larry Cretul is a Senior Government Affairs Advisor at GrayRobinson, P.A. He is a veteran of the United States Navy. With over 35 years of experience in public service, he was a Marion County Commissioner from 1994 to 2001 and served as a Representative of the Florida House of Representatives from 2002 to 2010. Cretul also served as Speaker of the House from 2009 to 2010.

Olivia Hoblit has more than 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is the Director of Lodging for the World Equestrian Center in Ocala. Previously, she served as a Regional Manager/General Manager with Innisfree Hotels, where she oversaw independent and Marriott dual -brand properties in Amelia Island.

Since January 2017, Olivia has served on the Executive Committee of FRLA. She also served as a board member on the Amelia Island Tourist Development Council, Nassau County Chamber of Commerce, Nassau County Economic Development, Nassau County Equality Coalition Career Opportunities, and is an Advisory Council member for the University of West Florida Global Hospitality and Tourism Management program. In 2018, she was named one of Florida’s leading women in lodging by Florida Restaurant & Lodging Magazine and was recently presented a 2023 Doctorate of Food Service Award by the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) .

In 2016, Olivia and her husband Phil founded the Trinity Love Hoblit Foundation in honor of their daughter, Trinity, who passed away in 2015 from a brain aneurysm. Olivia serves as President of the foundation, which supports and funds neurological research, training, and treatment for brain aneurysms, strokes, and other cerebrovascular conditions. The Foundation has been the catalyst for several tangible improvements within the community and the state of Florida.

Joseph “Jody” Hudgins is a banker from Sarasota and instructor at the Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida and Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. He is a past chair of the Housing Authority of the City of Sarasota, the Sarasota Salvation Army, the Sarasota Planning Commission, the City of Sarasota Police Pension Board, and Community Housing Trust of Sarasota County. Hudgins has a B.A. in mathematics from Carson-Newman University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia.

Daniel Martell is a Vice President with NextEra Energy Resources located in Juno Beach, Florida. He is responsible for regulatory and political affairs in the central region of the United States and strategic campaigns nationwide. Prior to joining NextEra Energy, Mr. Martell gained extensive knowledge in land development, construction, and agriculture. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. Mr. Martell is a Jacksonville, Florida native where he currently resides with his family.
