RFA 2016-105 Financing To Build Or Rehabilitate Smaller Permanent Supportive Housing Properties For Persons With Developmental Disabilities

Noninterference Clause (Section Three F.2. of RFA 2016-105) states: At no time during the review and evaluation process, commencing with the Application Deadline and continuing until the Board renders a final decision on the RFA, may Applicants or their representatives contact Board members or Corporation staff concerning their own or any other Applicant’s Application. If an Applicant or its representative does contact a Board or staff member in violation of this section, the Board shall, upon a determination that such contact was made in an attempt to influence the selection process, disqualify the Application.

If awarded a grant through this application, Attain's plan will be to identify the proposed property within the timeframe as required once Attain is notified it is a FHFC grant recipient. The Development Location in Seminole Countyand the required Site Control Documentation will be submitted and deemed complete within 90 days of the mailing of the Corporation's letter of Preliminary Award. Subsequent to the submission of this application, the executive director, Dr. Craig Cook, will monitor the real estate market for prospective homes with the appropriate capacity for six bedrooms and three baths. It will be a prudent decision to identify a home/property in the vicinity of Attain's current group home in Seminole County located at 70 Avalon Ct. Casselberry, FL. There is a high density of residential neighborhoods within a 2- 5 mile radius of our current property which is located north of S.R. 436 and east of S.R. 17-92.
