Detail Information:The Rule Development Workshop will be held to receive comments and suggestions from interested persons relative to (i) the Multifamily Competitive Solicitation Funding Process as specified in Rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C., (ii) the development of the Non-Competitive Application and the program requirements for MMRB and Non-Competitive Housing Credits, as specified in Rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C., (iii) the development of program requirements for the SAIL, EHCL, HOME, and HC Programs, as specified in Rule Chapter 67-48, F.A.C., and (iv) amendments to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation’s 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).
