Mario Facella, of Loxahatchee, is a Senior Lender with TD Bank. Previously, he was Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo and a Principal at Bank of America Securities. He has volunteered his time with the International Council of Shopping Centers, Mortgage Bankers Association, Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden and the New World Symphony. Facella earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and his master of business administration from James Madison University.

Ryan Benson is the vice president and principal of A Vernon Allen Builder, Inc. Currently, he is a board member for the Florida Home Builders Association and the National Home Builders Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stetson University and his master’s degree in business administration from Florida International University.

David Hall of Port St Lucie currently holds the position of Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty and has been active in the real estate profession for over twenty-five years. David’s professional mission in life is to help families realize the American dream of homeownership. David has been challenging himself by volunteering and serving on local non-profit boards that help children & families. He is currently serving as Treasurer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Martin & Palm Beach County. Dev Motwani of Fort Lauderdale, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Merrimac Ventures, a real estate development firm involved in numerous development projects including the new Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. Involved in many organizations and foundations, Motwani earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and public policy from Duke University and his master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University.

Sandra Einhorn is the executive director for the Coordinating Council of Broward, a non-profit organization responsible for implementing health, public safety, education, economic and human services in Broward County. She holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida.

Meredith Ivey was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Division of Community Development of FloridaCommerce by Governor Ron DeSantis. In this role, Deputy Secretary Ivey assists the Governor in advancing Florida’s economy by championing the state’s economic development vision and by administering state and federal programs and initiatives to help visitors, citizens, businesses, and communities.

Prior to serving as Deputy Secretary, Ms. Ivey served as the agency’s Chief of Staff. She has held several roles in state government, including as Deputy Communications Director for Governor Ron DeSantis, Director of External Affairs for the Constitution Revision Commission, and Director of Communications at the Florida Department of State.

Deputy Secretary Ivey holds dual degrees in Political Science and English from the College of Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she played NCAA Division I Volleyball. She currently resides in Tallahassee with her husband.

Ron Lieberman of Orlando, Florida, is president of Steel Structures of Florida, Inc. Lieberman has been a significant force in the housing arena in Florida for more than 30 years. He is a past president of the Florida Home Builders Association and two-time president of the Citrus County Builders Association. Lieberman also served for seven years as chairman of the Citrus County Affordable Housing Finance Committee, in addition to being appointed on the Advisory Committee for the Tampa Bay Regional Transportation Authority, which he chaired for several years, as well.

Olivia Hoblit has more than 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is the Director of Lodging for the World Equestrian Center in Ocala. Previously, she served as a Regional Manager/General Manager with Innisfree Hotels, where she oversaw independent and Marriott dual -brand properties in Amelia Island.

Since January 2017, Olivia has served on the Executive Committee of FRLA. She also served as a board member on the Amelia Island Tourist Development Council, Nassau County Chamber of Commerce, Nassau County Economic Development, Nassau County Equality Coalition Career Opportunities, and is an Advisory Council member for the University of West Florida Global Hospitality and Tourism Management program. In 2018, she was named one of Florida’s leading women in lodging by Florida Restaurant & Lodging Magazine and was recently presented a 2023 Doctorate of Food Service Award by the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) .

In 2016, Olivia and her husband Phil founded the Trinity Love Hoblit Foundation in honor of their daughter, Trinity, who passed away in 2015 from a brain aneurysm. Olivia serves as President of the foundation, which supports and funds neurological research, training, and treatment for brain aneurysms, strokes, and other cerebrovascular conditions. The Foundation has been the catalyst for several tangible improvements within the community and the state of Florida.

Joseph “Jody” Hudgins is a banker from Sarasota and instructor at the Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida and Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. He is a past chair of the Housing Authority of the City of Sarasota, the Sarasota Salvation Army, the Sarasota Planning Commission, the City of Sarasota Police Pension Board, and Community Housing Trust of Sarasota County. Hudgins has a B.A. in mathematics from Carson-Newman University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia.

Daniel Martell is a Vice President with NextEra Energy Resources located in Juno Beach, Florida. He is responsible for regulatory and political affairs in the central region of the United States and strategic campaigns nationwide. Prior to joining NextEra Energy, Mr. Martell gained extensive knowledge in land development, construction, and agriculture. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. Mr. Martell is a Jacksonville, Florida native where he currently resides with his family.
