Florida Housing Finance Corporation
will hold a rule development workshop regarding proposed changes to Rule
sections 67-48.0072 and 67-21.014, F.A.C. PURPOSE: The purpose of the
proposed rule amendment is to address the process for evaluating requests
for the transfer of the general partnership interests from a for-profit
entity to a not for-profit entity. SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Revision
to the rules that address ownership of properties by for-profit entities.
